MEN'S MINISTRY
Men Perfecting Men’s Ministry is a unique mentorship fellowship specifically designed for young men ages 19 and older in the Church of God in Christ, who have a calling and or interest in becoming leaders of their churches, communities, and understanding their roles as men of God. The Bible says, Iron sharpens iron; therefore we encourage growth in areas of self-discipline, self-assurance, leadership and most of all, love for God. The goal of the Men Perfecting Men’s Ministry is to ensure that each young man will have the tools to act responsibly in his family, church, schools and community.
SISTERHOOD WOMEN'S MINISTRY
Women's Fellowship: Women ages 18 and older, married or single whose primary purpose is to dedicate themselves to greater Christian Service. Women in this stage of life have many issues and the Women's Fellowship can reach out to them with compassion. In addition to spiritual growth and development, this organization addresses their concerns such as: finding a mate, home building, decorating, meal planning, parenting, child care development understanding teenagers, marital concerns, these and other issues in life. Additionally, it is to provide spiritual and natural support of the church through instruction and training of women both the “seasoned saint” and of those who are ” babes in Christ”; to promote love of God, love of mankind, love of the work of the Lord; to promote a spirit of oneness, to promote individual and collective spiritual stability, for greater effectiveness in women’s work, for the spiritual growth of each woman in particular, and for the natural and spiritual growth of the church in general.
YOUTH MINISTRY
Young Men of Valor: Young Men of Valor is a unique seminar specifically designed for young men in the Church of God in Christ, ages 13 - 19, who have a calling and interest in becoming leaders of their churches, communities, and understanding their role as men of God. To encourage growth in areas of self discipline, self-assurance, leadership and most of all, love for God. The goal of Young Men of Valor is to ensure each young man will have the tools to act responsible in his family, church, school and community.
Young Women of Excellence (YWE): To encourage young ladies between the ages of 13-21 years of age to live life to its fullest by; having good morals, budgeting principles, social graces, preparatory college skills, and the ability to make good career choices.
Sunshine Band: The Sunshine Band is a children's ministry that encompasses ages 5 to12 years old. They have their own special needs and it’s our endeavor to meet those needs. Our primary focus is to teach and save our children by keeping them involved in meaningful and wholesome activities. We also try to build a partnership between the home and the church to provide a spiritual foundation for each child.
MISSIONS, EVANGELISM OUTREACH & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
To the believer, missions means carrying the gospel message to those who have not heard it and trying to win them to Christ especially through a group of selected workers called missionaries, both men and women, and establishing the Church where it has not been established. In simple terms, Missions mean “reaching the unreached with the Gospel”.
This is a branch of Shekinah Glory Cathedral COGIC that deals with the physical and monetary needs of the members and the community. We service the people with: clothing, food, employment assistance, referrals, attaining social services, information consulting, and any other assistance that we can. Services are provided where applicable, but may not be directly funded from Shekinah Glory but through other related agencies, organizations, and government entities.
FINE ARTS MINISTRY
Dance is an expression of worship that uses the body to interpret lyrics of praise and worship in sacred music. This form of worship is a growing expression in churches and cultures throughout the world. As one of the many components of worship we see in Psalms, dance is especially meditative due to the holistic nature of this form of worship that allows full body movement to symbolize the words of prayerful, as well as praise filled, worship songs. This ministry is open for all ages.
BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL MINISTRY
Fellowship amongst a diverse group of individuals with common interests in the business professional field. Topics include: debt management, increased cash flow, building a strong financial foundation, proper protection, building wealth, retirement planning, and more.
SGC I.T/MEDIA MINISTRY
A team dedicated to excellence in production.
SINGLE WITH A PURPOSE (S.W.A.P.) MINISTRY
A ministry for women and men, ages 21+, to restore, uplift, and find purpose as a single individual. Participants of this ministry have the opportunity to share, encourage, and empower themselves in their season of singleness.

A ministry designed for collegiate students on the campus of the University of South Florida.
